Are you a passionate and dedicated childcare professional looking to make a difference in the lives of young children? 🌟

Gingerbread House Nursery is looking for an enthusiastic Level 2 or Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our caring and dynamic team. We provide a nurturing, play-based environment where children can learn, explore, and grow.

What You’ll Be Doing:

✅ Supporting the learning and development of children aged 0-5 years
✅ Creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment
✅ Planning and delivering engaging, play-based activities
✅ Observing and tracking children’s progress in line with the EYFS framework
✅ Building strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
✅ Maintaining high standards of safeguarding, hygiene, and health & safety

What We’re Looking For:

🌟 A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent)
🌟 A genuine passion for childcare and early years development
🌟 A team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
🌟 A positive, patient, and caring attitude
🌟 Knowledge of the EYFS framework and best childcare practices
🌟 Safeguarding awareness and a commitment to child welfare (DBS required)
